These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.technogears.co.in and the desktop and server applications provided by Technogears (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

2. Google account and Google Drive access

Certain applications require you to sign in with Google and grant access to Google Drive. You authorise Technogears to access your Google Drive only within the permissions you approve, solely to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software of Technogears remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your own files and data.

5. Website information and quotations

Information on the website about our construction, waterproofing, retrofitting, flooring and elevator services is for general guidance. Any project work is governed by the specific quotation, work order or contract agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technogears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services and revoke Google access at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
