Position Overview

TechnoGears is seeking a results-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand its client base across the Kashmir Valley. The role involves direct engagement with builders, contractors, architects, institutions, and homeowners to identify business opportunities and represent our portfolio of engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, site surveys, and networking
  • Present TechnoGears' service offerings and prepare client quotations
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through structured follow-ups
  • Liaise with the technical team to coordinate site assessments and project handovers
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and submit regular sales reports

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent; prior field sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Kashmiri, Urdu/Hindi, and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kashmir districts
  • Basic knowledge of construction, real estate, or building materials is an advantage
  • Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented approach
  • Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager – Growth Specialist to lead and grow our digital presence across TechnoGears and Orna Spaces. You'll own content strategy, audience growth, and lead generation across platforms, turning our engineering expertise and design work into engaging content that drives real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, GMB, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and qualified leads
  • Manage content calendars for both TechnoGears (engineering services) and Orna Spaces (flooring)
  • Capture and edit photos/videos of project sites, completed work, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and lead conversion
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align content with business priorities

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth results
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and paid advertising (Meta Ads)
  • Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Photography/videography skills are a strong plus
  • Portfolio or examples of past work required
