Position Overview
TechnoGears is seeking a results-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand its client base across the Kashmir Valley. The role involves direct engagement with builders, contractors, architects, institutions, and homeowners to identify business opportunities and represent our portfolio of engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, site surveys, and networking
- Present TechnoGears' service offerings and prepare client quotations
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through structured follow-ups
- Liaise with the technical team to coordinate site assessments and project handovers
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and submit regular sales reports
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent; prior field sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Kashmiri, Urdu/Hindi, and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kashmir districts
- Basic knowledge of construction, real estate, or building materials is an advantage
- Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented approach
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)
- Travel Allowance (TA)
- Daily Allowance (DA)
